Victoria is a Registered Kinesiologist with experience supporting older adults and individuals with a wide range of health conditions and mobility challenges. Through her work in long-term care, she has supported people who use wheelchairs and other mobility aids, strengthening her commitment to making movement accessible to people of different abilities.
She approaches each client with empathy and patience, adapting exercises to their abilities and goals. Her focus is on helping clients build strength, improve everyday movement, and maintain their independence.
Victoria graduated from the University of Toronto’s kinesiology program in 2014 and became a Registered Kinesiologist in 2015. She also holds a graduate certificate from Conestoga College focused on leadership in retirement and long-term care.
Her experience extends to education and accessibility projects. In 2017, she worked with University of Waterloo students on a prototype wheelchair with an automatic braking system intended to improve safety during transfers. She has also taught in Durham College’s exercise and aging program.
At GTA Personal Training and Rehab, Victoria shares Adil’s commitment to supporting seniors and people with disabilities through personalised, in-home exercise. She works to find practical ways to make movement approachable and meaningful in each client’s daily life.
Outside of work, Victoria is a mother of three, an avid marathon runner, and enjoys playing soccer.
