Strength, balance and confidence that show up in everyday life.
I started training with Adil in March 2025 after a shoulder injury and a pre-existing condition left me in a wheelchair. He really took the time to understand my situation and built a program that worked for me. Seven months in, I feel stronger and I’m slowly but surely getting back to where I was before the accident. Progress is slower because of my condition, but Adil has been amazing in guiding me through recovery. Highly recommend!
I was in search of a personal trainer in North York for my grandmother and thankfully I found Adil’s Personal Training and Rehabilitation. Adil has been incredible helping my grandmother this past year. In only 6 months her chronic pain has significantly reduced and she has had much less falls than she used to before she started working with Adil. My entire family is so thankful for the ways Adil has been able to contribute positively to my grandmother’s health and mobility and I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very patient, personable and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Would give 100 stars if I could.
Adil is extremely knowledgeable in personal training. I’ve really enjoyed my training sessions with him. When needed he’s able to tailor the training to any issues I may have. For example, I had a knee issue & Adil knew exactly what movements not to do so as not to aggravate the pain. And days I have lower energy he doesn’t push me beyond my limits. He’s professional & works me hard but his friendly personality makes my training sessions fun & enjoyable. I’ve progressed beautifully & I’ve lost over 30 pounds since training with Adil & feeling great! If you’re considering hiring Adil please don’t hesitate!
Adil has changed my life for the better. In the short time I have worked with him (roughly 3 months) a lot of my scoliosis pain has diminished or has at least become manageable. I’m not super into sports or athletics but since starting my program I feel better about exercise. Adil is super friendly, down to earth, and will make you feel like you’re asking a friend for help. I went from needing daily heat and ice packs, tens machine, bed rest, over the counter pain medication, to actually feeling less pain. His planning is 100% for my specific needs down to my herniated disks and muscle imbalances. I tried broscience, youtube videos, forums, and more but you get what you pay for. I suffered an injury while training and this would have usually caused me to need 3+ months of bedrest. With Adil’s help, I was able to train through it and his predictions were correct until I was back to normal.
